All products are new, and are presented in their original packaging or seal.
You can view product images larger by zooming in on the product image. Due to the display of color on the monitor and depending on its settings, there may be a small variation in color and detail with respect to reality. We will not be able to accept exchanges or returns because the color is not exactly the same as expected. Likewise, in the case of cosmetic and beauty products, they do not have a return guarantee covered by law due to their nature of consumer goods. Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to factory problems or transportation problems. For electrical products there is a 2-year warranty covered by the manufacturer subject to conditions specified in the manual of each product.
The prices shown include VAT and are valid for the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Prices do not include shipping. The prices shown are valid except for typing errors and while stocks last. The prices can vary without notice. All sales are made with the corresponding purchase receipt or invoice that you will receive along with the order. The products are available for sale while stocks last.
- PURCHASING PROCESS
The customer navigates through our online store adding to his basket those items he wishes to buy. Once the selection of items is made, you will choose the payment and shipping method. Before ordering, you must register by filling out a form with your personal data, or connect with your password if you are already registered, to finalize your order. Once this process is finished, you will receive a message to your email address with all the details of your order. Important: We recommend verifying the copy of the order that will arrive in your email to verify that your billing, shipping, etc. information is correct. In this way you will avoid delays or incidents in the delivery of your order.

- GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to factory problems or transportation problems. It must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
