The product came with the cap loose and when you picked it up, it fell off. The wood covering the plug was not glued or well glued to the plug with the product applicator. I wrote to let you know that this had happened and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. I do not find this customer service adequate. I understand that for that price, at a minimum the finishes should prevent this. Very upset, I had the intention of consuming them more but this situation is making me change my mind in a very forceful way

If your nails are a little yellow, this product is the right one. I started using it because the appearance of mine was terrible and from the first moment the difference was surprising. My nails are not yellow anymore and I always use nail polish on them. Obviously I use HANDMADE BEATY they are my favorite brand without a doubt. 100% recommended.
